Treston Denzel Lewis, 31, of Thonotosassa, Florida, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 in Tampa, Florida. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023, 2:00 PM, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street. The interment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.
He was born December 31, 1991, in Galveston, Texas, a son of Rayfield and Ericka Lewis-Johnson. Treston was raised as a Baptist. He previously attended Hillsborough County schools and Job Corps of America of Gainesville, Fl. He was previously employed with Subway and had a host of customer service jobs. He enjoyed cooking, dancing, singing, watching TV and evolving as Ms. Mocha.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellen Marie Carrington, Herbert Lee Carrington, George Lewis Jr., and Emma Dean Johnson.
Treston is survived by his mother, Ericka Lewis-Johnson of Fort Worth, TX; father, Rayfield Johnson of Tampa, Fl.; 9 siblings, Keith Lewis of Rosharon, TX, Eric Lewis (Destiny) of Fort Worth, TX, Brushawn Lewis (Sarah ) of Lake Jackson, TX, Britney Lewis of Thonotosassa, FL, Torey Lewis (Keeya) of Pearland, TX, Jasmine Lewis, of Thonotosassa, FL, Rayfield Johnson Jr. of Tampa, FL, Sydale Johnson of Ocala, FL, Nadia Johnson of Boca Raton, FL; 5 aunts, Elicia McVey Townsend (Michael) of Clute, TX, Sandra Daniels and Camille Raymond of Hamcramer, TX, Sharon Jones and Treyna Baker of Tampa, Fl; 1 uncle Avary Lewis (Rhanda) of Freeport, TX.; 5 nieces, Jahzara Lewis, Jahmyla Johnson, Key’Ericka Moore, all of FL, Leah Parks and Serenity Lewis, of TX; 2 nephews, Torey Lewis Jr. and Xavier Miles Lewis, of Tx; and a host of caring Tampa family members, other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, January 13, 2023, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home. Friends are asked to assemble at the Funeral Home at approximately 1:45 PM Saturday for the service.
